Job Description:
– Ensure the timely and accurate completion of assigned tenders while adhering to established deadlines.
– Collaborate with the sales team to translate specifications into optimized technical offers, seeking technical clarifications from engineering and manufacturing teams when required.
– Document all tender requests and gather feedback on results, recording relevant information for future reference.
– Facilitate a detailed handover of orders received to project teams, providing comprehensive information on technical, commercial, and FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) expectations.
